If you've never watched Big Bang Theory, you might not think this is as funny as I do. Sheldon uses "Bazinga" kind of like someone might use the word "burn" or "gotcha". The funny thing is that he usually doesn't get other people's jokes and his own are generally not funny to the people he's kidding. Anyway, I watched this clip several times and laughed just as hard each time. Enjoy!
